Responsibilities




  • Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share.

  • Lead campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

  • Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.

  • Designing business strategies and plans to meet the brand's goal.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and efficient execution of strategic goals.

  • Drive the development of business processes that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

  • Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to align strategy with business objectives.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to think creatively and implement forward-thinking solutions.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth and strategy effectiveness.

  • Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales

  • Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency

  • Represent the company in public events, conferences, etc.



Requirements




  • BSc/BA in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

  • At least 4+ years' experience in a managerial position.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems

  • Outstanding leadership abilities.

  • Experience in data analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.

  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
