Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.


• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.


• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.


• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.


• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.


• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting.


• Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).


• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements.


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
