Responsibilities

• Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems.


• Take charge of the technical aspects of all in-house production at all times.


• Research and understand the implementation of large based complex IT systems


• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.


• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees


• Installing new hardware, software, and networking systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, networking, and software issues


• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time


• Manage all security systems in the organization from CCTV, Alarms and so on.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
