About the Role
- This a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Executive at Remedial Health. The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for strengthening market presence by planning and implementing targeted marketing strategies for distributors, pharmacies, HMOs, and hospitals. This role focuses on boosting product visibility and maximizing the impact of trade activities.
Job Description
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with distributors, pharmacies, HMOs, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with trade stakeholders.
- Plan and implement trade promotions to boost sales.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and refine strategies as needed.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to guide decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on trade marketing activities and their impact.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Negotiate terms and promotional agreements to benefit all parties.
- Execute trade marketing projects within allocated budgets.
- Ensure all trade activities are cost-effective and impactful.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align objectives and strategies.
- Support field teams to ensure seamless execution of trade plans.

Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and successfully executing trade marketing strategies.
