Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Deal and help resolve any customer complaints
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Cross sell other products and services of the company
- Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
- Credit customers upon payment confirmation.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND with 1 year of experience.
Salary
N900,000 - N1,100,000 Annually.
