  • Are you an organized, friendly, and professional individual with excellent communication skills? The Musical Copyright Society Nigeria (MCSN) is looking for a skilled Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service at our Oyo office.



Responsibilities




  • Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and a warm demeanor.

  • Telephone Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and handle messages accurately.

  • Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing office supplies.

  • Customer Service: Address general inquiries, provide accurate information about the organization, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Mail and Document Handling: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

  • Office Coordination: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.

  • Event Support: Assist in coordinating meetings, events, or other office activities as required.



Qualifications




  • Minimum of an OND or equivalent in Administration, Business, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and attitude.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • A positive and approachable personality.
