We are seeking a proactive and results-orientated junior business development executive to drive sales and expand our market presence in clinical items and the app. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities



Sales and Business Development




  • Client Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic laboratories, and individual practitioners.

  • Manage sales: Manage the sales process and provide sales reports and forecasts

  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the value of clinical items, including cutting-edge medical devices, consumables, and supplies.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a robust growth strategy focused on financial performance, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.

  • Client Engagement: Schedule and facilitate business meetings with prospective clients to present tailored solutions.

  • Plan Execution: Collaborate with management to create and implement business development initiatives aligned with organisational goals.

  • Sales Strategies: Design and execute innovative sales strategies to consistently achieve or surpass assigned revenue targets.

  • Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics.

  • Provide insights to enhance our products/services.

  • Collaborate: Work with marketing on campaigns and provide presentations to clients.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Responsive Support: Respond promptly to client enquiries, provide accurate quotations, and ensure seamless follow-up on orders and requests.

  • Issue Resolution: Address client complaints and resolve challenges in a professional, timely manner to maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Custom Proposals: Assist in the preparation and delivery of pitches and proposals tailored to specific client requirements.



Market Research and Analysis

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical supplies industry.
