Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
- Handle procurement processes, maintain supplier contracts, and manage inventory.
- Oversee office facilities and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Optimize event utilization of Cedar Centre and day to day office administration
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a multinational company.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- International exposure is an added advantage.
