This is a full-time on-site role for a SalesRepresentative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer service, and client relationship management.
These tasks include prospecting, lead generation, product presentations, order processing, and resolving customer inquiries.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting including sales opportunities reports and budgets.
Conduct market surveys, monitor the competition and ensure brand equity.
To maintain sales database, records of all leads and to update marketing personnel on all prospects & leads.
Conduct price review through market information and product costing.
Conduct routine market research on specifics as directed.
To include information on customers and competitors alike.
Act as an ambassador of the Company including support required during sales events or promotions
Coordinate and manage sales and marketing activity for the division.
Work with the business development teams across the company to come up with strategies to get their individual products into the market.
Organize Adverts and promotions, set up and maintain media relationship with the marketing and social media teams. • Works with team leads for project summary reports, deliver presentations to management.
Other duties as assigned by management Prior experience in a high volume operations and sales environment is a plus Knowledge of Technology, telecommunications and ICT is a plus.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND or OND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
