Our client, a luxury retail brand, is seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Store Manager to lead their high-end store in Lekki and VI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives


• Lead and manage a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service


• Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance


• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions


• Maintain high store standards, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury retail environment


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills


• Passion for luxury retail and providing exceptional customer service
