Responsibilities

Investment Fund Sourcing:

• Source and secure investment funds on behalf of the company, ensuring competitive rates and terms.


• Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.


• Generate investors to the tune of 50M Monthly

Job Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, real estate a related field within the financial services or real estate sector.


• Proven experience in investment management, financial advisory, or related roles.


• Strong understanding of real estate markets, real estate investment products, and client management.


• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent relationship management skills.
