PURPOSE

Receives stores and distributes products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

THE JOB

• Sort and place materials or items on pallets according to predetermined sequence such as type and product code.


• File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials to forklift operator for supply.


• Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness.


• Assist in counting of physical inventory.


• Receive raw material into the stock.


• Coordinate/supervise the factory workers under him.


• Perform other duties as assigned by plant manager.

THE PERSON MUST

• Have ability to efficiently work with little/ limited time to achieve target.


• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Have strong organizational and time management skills


• Attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of OND certificate.


• Higher National Degree is a plus


• NIAS membership will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years' experience  in a similar role.
