Job summary




  • We are looking for a highly dedicated and proactive administrative assistant who will provide administrative support to the management and staff members.



Responsibilities




  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

  • Greet and assist visitors.

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.

  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.



Qualifications




  • B.Sc in any discipline

  • 2-3 years experience working remotly as an admin assiatnt

  • Must have knowledge on the use of microsoft office package (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook etc)

  • Must have knowledge on the use of project management softwares like Asana, trello, zoom, microsoft teams, google meet etc.

  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Must be female

  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

  • Must have a laptop, internet router and a backup power supply
