Job Summary

• We are looking for experienced, results-driven, highly motivated and sales-driven individuals to fill the role of Sales Officer.


• The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets


• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty


• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations to customers


• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently


• Maintain a clean and organized store environment


• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives


• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a fashion retail environment


• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities


• Familiarity with fashion trends, brands, and consumer behavior.
