Managing inquiries: They handle inquiries from visitors and clients, providing information about the organization's products or services, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
Scheduling appointments and meetings: Front desk officers may be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members, as well as maintaining calendars and schedules.
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries: They receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
Maintaining the front desk area: Front desk officers are responsible for keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
Other administrative tasks: This may include tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing documents.
Requirements & Skills
HND / BA / BSc in Public Relations, Communication and other social sciences or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years proven professional experience.
Passionate about Social Media.
Strong Understanding of how Social Media can be used to achieve business goals.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences.
