Job Responsibilites




  • Greeting and welcoming visitors: This includes providing a friendly and professional greeting to all visitors, whether they are clients, customers, or other guests.

  • Answering and directing phone calls: Front desk officers are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments, and taking messages as needed.

  • Managing inquiries: They handle inquiries from visitors and clients, providing information about the organization's products or services, and directing them to the appropriate resources.

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings: Front desk officers may be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members, as well as maintaining calendars and schedules.

  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries: They receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.

  • Maintaining the front desk area: Front desk officers are responsible for keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Other administrative tasks: This may include tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing documents.



Requirements & Skills




  • HND / BA / BSc in Public Relations, Communication and other social sciences or a related field

  • Minimum of 1-2 years proven professional experience.

  • Passionate about Social Media.

  • Strong Understanding of how Social Media can be used to achieve business goals.

  • Strong writing and editing skills.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
