  • The Customer Relations Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude, along with a strong knowledge of computer applications and internet usage to assist in their day-to-day responsibilities.



Responsibilities




  • Act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, offering prompt and professional responses.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed efficiently.

  • Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring resolutions are timely and satisfactory.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery.

  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys, follow-up calls, and feedback forms.

  • Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM and other software tools.

  • Provide administrative support to the customer service department when required.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Sound knowledge of computer applications and internet usage, with the ability to leverage digital tools for effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.



Preferred Skills:




  • Experience in the media or digital marketing industry.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Proactive and resourceful with a keen interest in customer service excellence.
