- Develop regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.
- Sell company solutions and services, maximizing face time with clients.
- Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales revenue and profit targets.
- Identify and secure new accounts while expanding opportunities within existing ones.
- Increase company market share in the assigned sector.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Recommend and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate and advance leads efficiently through the sales process.
- Lead go-to-market strategies in collaboration with presales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Address potential issues promptly and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to decisions on company expansion or acquisitions.
- Suggest new products/services and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate sales prices and discounts, and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
Qualification / requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- A Master’s degree and relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
- 7-10 years of experience in technology sales within the IT solutions and services sector.
- At least 5 years of proven success in selling enterprise IT security, cloud, infrastructure & mobility solutions in Nigeria.
- Age: 35 years and above.
