Job Duties / Description




  • Develop regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.

  • Sell company solutions and services, maximizing face time with clients.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales revenue and profit targets.

  • Identify and secure new accounts while expanding opportunities within existing ones.

  • Increase company market share in the assigned sector.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets.

  • Recommend and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.

  • Generate and advance leads efficiently through the sales process.

  • Lead go-to-market strategies in collaboration with presales, marketing, and engineering teams.

  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor.

  • Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Address potential issues promptly and recommend solutions.

  • Contribute to decisions on company expansion or acquisitions.

  • Suggest new products/services and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiate sales prices and discounts, and respond to RFPs/RFQs.



Qualification / requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • A Master’s degree and relevant IT certifications are advantageous.

  • 7-10 years of experience in technology sales within the IT solutions and services sector.

  • At least 5 years of proven success in selling enterprise IT security, cloud, infrastructure & mobility solutions in Nigeria.

  • Age: 35 years and above.
