Duties and Responsibilities
- Support sales executives in processing request for quotations/pricing from customer
- Collaborate and liaise with distributors for special price and quality related orders for PSG, IPG & ISS Products.
- Coordinate pricing/configuration/specification and prepare cost benefit analysis for products/project.
- Liaise with OEMs on manufacture authorization letter, request for bid and pre-qualification.
- Documentation of Return Merchandise authorization procedure and ensure affected client receive prompt replacement of items.
- Prepare proposals with BDMs and negotiate quotes and monitor the distribution channels.
- Investigate and furnish the department with clients’ needs while providing advisory service and provide feedback as appropriate.
- Research to ensure that the company is up to date and aware with changes and new product development on OEMs .IT product and end users.
- Investigate customers, vendor complaints of errors in shipment, payment, and contract documentation.
- Co-ordinate and present logistics support to ongoing deliveries
- Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships with suppliers, customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Supply-Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or Similar discipline.
- At least 3-5 years work experience in Procurement & Logistics, preferably with an Information Technology firm.
- Must have experience in Information Technology
