Responsibilities




  • Help customers with complaints and questions.

  • Give customers information about products and services

  • Take orders and process returns

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Preparing quotes for clients.

  • Update website products and prices



Academic Qualification and Skills




  • HND / B.Sc. in Social Science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.

  • Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.

  • Attention to detailand sociable personality.

  • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.

  • Ability to plan and excite strategic sales process.

  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
