Position Overview

• We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Marketers to promote and sell Neovarsity’s products directly to our target audience.


• As a Field Marketer, you will play a key role in driving sales and creating brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing:

• Actively promote Neovarsity products to potential customers in designated areas.


• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and engage potential customers through direct interaction.


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.

Customer Engagement:

• Educate customers about the features and benefits of Neovarsity products.


• Address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Brand Promotion:

• Represent Neovarsity professionally at all times to build a positive brand image.


• Distribute promotional materials as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in field marketing or sales is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and in a team.


• High level of motivation and enthusiasm for sales.
