Job Responsibilities




  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and regular follow-ups.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about our services.

  • Conduct item inspections for defects and promptly report any issues.

  • Ensure packages are taken to the airport as at when due and ensure proper due diligence.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Track and monitor shipments, ensuring clients and internal teams receive timely updates.

  • Efficiently process, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy.

  • Prepare and ensure all required shipping documentation is complete, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, adhering to all compliance standards.



Requirements




  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, including but not limited to Social Sciences and Business Management.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
