As a Field Sales Manager, your role will involve generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory. You will collaborate with our sales and marketing team to implement strategies to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities
Achieve regional revenue targets for the brand.

Track and report on sales activities within the region.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the beauty industry or FMCG sector.
Bachelor’s degree / its equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities and a knack for building rapport with clients.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
