Job Requirements

Our clinic, a renowned Fertility enhancement and IVF clinic requires the services of a Head Fertility Nurse with requirements as stated below:

• Must be a registered nurse with (RN) certificate


• Additional Midwifery certificate also desirable


• Minimum of 4 years’experience


• Proven leadership skill


• Experience with managing a team of nurses


• Understanding of nursing training requirements and coordination


• Top-notch discipline at work and can instill same in a team


• Prompt supervision of junior clinic workers and continuous training


• Keen on smooth working relationship with other staff members especially in achieving the organisational goal of care service


• Upholds code of conduct and understands the principle of confidentiality


• Exposure to medical systems and computer literate


• Must have theatre experience


• Strong passion for patient/client support and care


• Ability to run a clinic without supervision


• Experience of a fertility clinic is an added advantage


• Passionate about continuous learning and development.
