Job Summary




  • We are looking for a friendly, efficient and experienced Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.



Responsibilities




  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients and visitors

  • Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations



Requirements




  • 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
