- Clients’ Relationship Management: acquisition and retention-Private sector staff and SMEs.
- Ensure quality and recoverable disbursements to enhance the loan Portfolio growth in line with the set target.
- Monitoring loan portfolio for prompt repayment.
- Operate under regulated Portfolio -at -risk.
- To identify and develop new pipelines and convert them to clients.
- To ensure regular compliance to organization’s lending policies and procedures.
- Ensure branch’s regular profitability in line with the set target.
Qualification & Required Skills
- Bsc/HND in a related discipline.
- Must have at least 2 years’ marketing experience in microfinance products.
- Strong credit analysis, documentation skills.
- Effective communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
