Job Description

• Clients’ Relationship Management: acquisition and retention-Private sector staff and SMEs.


• Ensure quality and recoverable disbursements to enhance the loan Portfolio growth in line with the set target.


• Monitoring loan portfolio for prompt repayment.


• Operate under regulated Portfolio -at -risk.


• To identify and develop new pipelines and convert them to clients.


• To ensure regular compliance to organization’s lending policies and procedures.


• Ensure branch’s regular profitability in line with the set target.

Qualification & Required Skills

• Bsc/HND in a related discipline.


• Must have at least 2 years’ marketing experience in microfinance products.


• Strong credit analysis, documentation skills.


• Effective communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.


• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
