Job Description
As such, we are looking for an individual to fill the unique role of a Digital Marketing Specialist/Guru, with a combined skillset of a marketer, content creator, and social media manager, while leveraging paid and organic social channels.

Primary Responsibilities
- Unlock social media as a growth engine by growing and engaging the community, as well as facilitating conversions via social media channels.
- Build awareness, and brand equity, change perceptions, and execute social media strategies to drive growth.
- Create unconventional social media campaigns to drive engagement and awareness, as well as grow and expand the communities.
- Reach and nurture customers, create and grow communities, and advocate through social channels (new, old, and emerging).
An ideal candidate will bring:
- Combination of diverse skills as a marketer, content creator, social media manager, and engagement specialist.
- Minimum of 3 years of digital advertising, paid media, and campaign management experience, with 2+ years executing and optimising paid marketing campaigns that generated leads and customer acquisition.
- A marketer’s mindset – one that sees social media as a tool to drive and meet business goals and needs.
- Business-oriented approach - an understanding of the impact of your work on key goals, and an interest in metrics that drive the business.
- Digital savviness - grounded and informed in digital marketing, martech, social media, and design trends.
- Rapidly assess, forecast, propose, and execute paid and organic social media campaigns that deliver leads and achieve performance goals.
- Build and manage digital media plans, track budgets, and forecasts, evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness, and pinpoint new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Apply a highly analytical approach to our campaign planning and management; build hypotheses and test variables, optimize ad spend, and drive efficiency.
- Excellent writing, communication, and visual presentation skills. Use data to derive insights and present information and proposals clearly to leaders, users, and partners.
- Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
Reporting Line
The job holder will report to the Head of Growth.
Compensation
The starting compensation for this role is between NGN600,000 – NGN750,000 monthly net.
