  • A customer-oriented approach is essential.

  • Proven experience as Client Experience Officer, agent or relevant position

  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

  • Proficient in English (oral and written)

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

  • Problem-solving skills


Qualifications



  • B.Sc./HND in any Social Science /Humanities/ Business related courses with minimum grade of Second Class Lower (2.2)

  • 3-5 years relevant experience

  • Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only

  •  Proficiency in the use of MS-office tools i.e. Excel, Word and Power-point

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback

  • Sound written and oral communication
