Proven experience as Client Experience Officer, agent or relevant position
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Qualifications
B.Sc./HND in any Social Science /Humanities/ Business related courses with minimum grade of Second Class Lower (2.2)
3-5 years relevant experience
Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only
Proficiency in the use of MS-office tools i.e. Excel, Word and Power-point
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback
