This role provides leadership in managing all Human Capital (HR) initiatives within the organization, with a focus on talent management, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and benefits management.
Responsibilities
Overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, and managing employee relations and engagement
Supporting the corporate decision-making process by working closely with business leaders to provide HR advice, counsel, and relevant information
Conducting analysis of compensation and benefits processes, practices and procedures and advice top management on needed changes where necessary.
Implementing strategies to drive high levels of employee engagement.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience (including demonstrable experience heading a team/department)
Possess a successful track record of using organizational development interventions to support change
CIPM qualified or equivalent
Minimum of first degree in Social sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline
MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage
