Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To provide administrative and logistical support to the project team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to organizational and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including supplies, logistics, and procurement, using tools such as inventory management software and scheduling platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office needs.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, travel schedules, and leave applications.
- Support the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and documentation.
- Liaise with partners, stakeholders, and government agencies for administrative and operational matters.
- Assist in the preparation of administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements in all administrative activities.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.¬¬
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a humanitarian context.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working with displaced populations or in a protection-related role is an advantage.
