Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To lead the implementation of child protection activities and ensure that children’s rights are safeguarded within the target communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage Child-Friendly Spaces (CFS) in project locations.
- Conduct assessments to identify children at risk and provide tailored protection services.
- Facilitate training for community-based child protection committees and structures.
- Collaborate with caregivers, community leaders, and service providers to address child protection concerns.
- Develop and implement awareness-raising campaigns on child rights and protection issues.
- Prepare timely reports on child protection activities and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Child Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in child protection programming.
- Experience working with vulnerable children and displaced populations.
- Strong knowledge of child protection frameworks and case management principles.

Physical Demands:
