Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To provide psychosocial support to individuals and families affected by displacement and conflict.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify mental health and emotional well-being needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with protection teams to ensure comprehensive support for affected individuals.
- Develop and implement psychosocial support programs tailored to community needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all counseling activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in psychosocial support services.
- Experience working with displaced populations is required.

Physical Demands:
