Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The Assistant General Manager will oversee the operations of multiple Retail stores and the Wholesale distribution of goods, ensuring efficient and profitable business practices.
- The role involves developing new strategies with the CEO, managing the day-to-day operations of the business, setting goals and ensuring the business and employees make sales. Including managing a team of employees in multiple departments, staff performance, inventory control, implementing the company’s SOP (Standard operating Practices) and ensuring optimal customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, data analysis, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and being able to work in stressful situations are essential.
- Must be able to travel to various states around Nigeria.
Requirement
- Minimum qualification HND, BSc.
- With a Minimum of 5 Years Experience
Working hours: Mon- Fri 9am to 6pm, Alternative Saturdays 9am-3pm, Closed Sundays
