Job Overview
- We are looking for an organized, creative, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of our luxury hair brand.
- This role combines high-level administrative support with hands-on social media content creation, making it ideal for a proactive individual with strong multitasking skills and a passion for beauty and luxury branding.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage the MD’s schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Social Media Management (MD's personal Account):
- Assist in Creating, schedule, and post content across MD's personal platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
- Develop visually appealing posts, captions, and promotional materials.
- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content strategy .
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with teams and external partners.
Research & Reporting:
- Conduct competitor research and provide actionable insights.
- Compile reports and presentations to support decision-making.
Brand Representation:
- Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, with exposure to marketing or branding.
- Strong expertise in social media content creation and tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media analytics.
- Creative eye for design and alignment with luxury branding aesthetics.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in beauty, fashion, or luxury industries.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid social strategies.
