The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our business standards, and integrity and optimizing processes.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure all branding and advertising materials comply with company standards.
Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and enforce protocols.
Oversee physical stock takes and material reconciliation reports.
Verify all payments and purchases, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
Monitor inventory usage to prevent shortages and pilferages.
Maintain and update compliance manuals for regulatory requirements.
Manage credit control, receivables, and outstanding staff floats.
Post daily transactions into Sagecloud and reconcile bank balances.
Identify business risks and implement preventive measures.
Document and resolve control issues with actionable solutions.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in internal control, compliance, auditing, or a similar role.
Previous experience in a printing, advertising, or branding agency is an added advantage
Strong understanding of financial reporting, inventory management, and risk assessment.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage cloud or similar ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
