A fast-growing supermarket located in Awoyaya area of Lagos, is looking for suitable candidates to employ as Supervisors.

The supervisor reports directly to the Manager and will oversee day to day running of the supermarket. In the absence of the manager, he/she will take full responsibility for operational business decisions.

The supervisor will have opportunity to earn a fixed salary plus an additional bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure world class customer service delivery at all times.


• Ensure all supermarket operations are run following established procedures.


• Liaise with customers to resolve all complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Manage all service processes to meet the company’s objectives.


• Implement new initiatives to improve business performance.


• Provides effective leadership to team members.


• Monitor and report on daily operating performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: HND/B.Sc./B.A (OND for very experienced applicants)


• Years of experience: 2 years (minimum).


• Previous work experience in a retail or supermarket business is an advantage.
