Job Summary

As our HR manager, you will manage and optimize HR functions, drive talent acquisition strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.


• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.


• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce needs.


• Design and execute performance management systems and development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is required


• Minimum of 3 years of HR management in the consumer finance industry.
