Responsibilities

• Keeping records of drinks received and drinks issued to the waitress for sales.


• Keep daily inventory of drinks


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area


• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines


• Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of bartending experience


• Male or Female.


• Extensive knowledge of cocktails and drink recipes


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
