Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Strategy:




  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's client base in project management consultancy, asset integrity management, and corrosion monitoring services.

  • Identify and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to create targeted business proposals.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized service offerings that align with client requirements.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, and negotiations.

  • Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.



Project and Proposal Management:




  • Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for new opportunities.

  • Work closely with project management and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Conduct presentations and pitch services to potential clients.



Market Research and Networking:




  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote services.

  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates to management.



Cross-Functional Collaboration:




  • Collaborate with technical teams to stay updated on service capabilities and innovations.

  • Provide feedback to the engineering and operations teams based on client requirements and industry trends.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.



Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related field).

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or technical roles in the Oil and Gas industry.

  • Proven experience in project management, asset integrity management, or corrosion control services is highly preferred.



Technical Knowledge:




  • Strong understanding of Asset Integrity Management, Inspection services, and Corrosion monitoring technologies.

  • Familiarity with Oil and Gas industry standards and regulations.

  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices.



Key Skills:




  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical and financial data.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.



Technology:




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
