Job Competency Requirements

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.


2. Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify opportunities.


3. Collaborate with the sales team to drive promotional activities and brand awareness.


4. Manage the company’s social media channels, including content creation and engagement.


5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.


6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.


7. Ensure that marketing materials and messaging are aligned with company objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the banking or related industry.


• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.


• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management.


• Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.


• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
