Job Competency Requirements

1. Oversee mortgage-related activities, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.


2. Promote and manage mortgage products in alignment with organizational objectives.


3. Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage options.


4. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.


2. 3 years of experience in banking with expertise in mortgage operations.


3. Strong client management and advisory skills.


4. Knowledge of mortgage policies and regulatory requirements.


5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
