Job Competency Requirements

1. Manage and oversee the NHF/Pension Desk operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.


2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective deposit mobilization and retention.


3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic recommendations.


4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.


5. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.


2. 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in NHF and pension-related services.


3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.


5. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay Range:
