Job Summary

• The Experienced Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care, leads healthcare teams, and contributes to the development of nursing practices.


• This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Practice:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.


• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures.


• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.


• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

Communication and Education:

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.


• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management.

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.


• Participate in bedside reporting and handoffs.


• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.


• Support organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

Education:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Nursing.


• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of RN experience.

Skills:

• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.


• Effective communication and leadership abilities.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMRs).
