Position Overview
- We are seeking a strategic and focus HR/Operations Manager to oversee and optimize both the human resources and operational functions of our organization.
- This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of daily business activities, driving efficiency, fostering a high-performance culture, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement processes and policies to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of business objectives.
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions effectively and professionally.
- Lead training and development initiatives to build employee competencies and organizational capability
Strategic Business Development:
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and execute plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior management to set organizational goals and ensure they are met.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership to motivate and guide employees across departments.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting accountability and teamwork.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (4+ years) in HR and operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive business operations, and deliver results.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and decisive approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align operational strategies with business goals.
