Position Overview




  • We are seeking a strategic and focus HR/Operations Manager to oversee and optimize both the human resources and operational functions of our organization.

  • This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of daily business activities, driving efficiency, fostering a high-performance culture, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.



Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:




  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Design and implement processes and policies to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of business objectives.



Human Resources Management:




  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.

  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a high-performance culture and employee engagement.

  • Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions effectively and professionally.

  • Lead training and development initiatives to build employee competencies and organizational capability



Strategic Business Development:




  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and execute plans to drive growth and profitability.

  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and operational enhancements.

  • Collaborate with senior management to set organizational goals and ensure they are met.



Leadership and Team Management:




  • Provide strong leadership to motivate and guide employees across departments.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting accountability and teamwork.

  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.



Key Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in HR and operations management, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive business operations, and deliver results.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and decisive approach.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align operational strategies with business goals.



Preferred Skills:




  • Experience in driving organizational change and fostering innovation.
