Job Brief




  • The Marketing Officer will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role involves coordinating promotional activities, and assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns.



Job Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns:




  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products.



Brand Activation:




  • Coordinate brand activation activities, including in-store promotions, events, and partnerships, to increase brand visibility.

  • Ensure all activation materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate brand messaging.



Market Research:




  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and marketing approaches.



Partnership and Collaboration:




  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its marketing agency to ensure clear communication and alignment on campaign goals.

  • Define KPIs and objectives for agency-driven campaigns and monitor their performance.

  • Manage contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) with the marketing agency to ensure adherence to agreed terms.

  • Support the agency in planning and executing brand activation campaigns by providing necessary resources and internal approvals



Qualifications and Skills




  • Education: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.



Skills:




  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software

  • Basic understanding of market research techniques and data analysis

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
