Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Lagos State.


• The Legal Officer will be responsible for legal consulting, legal document preparation, contract law, and business law within the company's operations.

Qualifications

• Business Law, Contract Law, and Legal Consulting skills


• Experience in Legal Document Preparation


• Strong knowledge of Law


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively


• Understanding of International Standards Organization (ISO) principles


• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field


• Previous Experience as a company Secretary/Lawyer


• 1 or 2 year Experience is required
