About the Role




  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

  • You will play a crucial role in expanding the hospital's market share, increasing revenue streams, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential new business opportunities, including:




  • Analyzing competitor activities and market trends

  • Identifying target markets and customer segments

  • Assessing the feasibility and profitability of new service lines or partnerships



Business Development Activities:




  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including:

    • Physicians and other healthcare providers

    • Insurance companies /HMO

    • Employers

    • Government agencies

    • Community organizations



  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients and partners.

  • Represent the hospital at industry events and conferences.



Sales and Marketing:




  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new services and attract new clients.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.



Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff, finance, and marketing, to ensure successful service delivery.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.



Desired Skills:




  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA).
