JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and technologies with a focus on applications in oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing sectors


• Convert complex technical product specifications into clear, user-focused benefits tailored to industry-specific needs


• Work with the marketing team to craft strategies that showcase the technical and operational value of products for these industries


• Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries, creating marketing materials that address their unique challenges and opportunities


• Produce high-quality technical content, such as whitepapers, case studies, product brochures, and presentations, emphasizing use cases in oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing


• Deliver impactful product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions that resonate with industry professionals


• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize ROI in targeted sectors


• Gather and analyze customer feedback from industry-specific channels to refine marketing approaches and highlight product relevance


• Collaborate with Engineering and HSE & Technical Safety team to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with industry requirements


• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing markets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years cognate experience in Business Development and Marketing in Oil and Gas, EPC, and Construction, and related fields


• Minimum of a B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field


• Adequate industry experience with equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
