Our client is Africa's leading innovative media company, informing and engaging Africa’s young audience and producing content and creative digital marketing solutions for top brands. They are also a marketing partner, empowering brands with Their expansive media reach and 360-degree in-house marketing solutions. Due to expansion, they need an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity.
- Coordinate high-profile events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and flawless hospitality for attendees.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Conduct market research, gather relevant data, and provide insightful reports, presentations and recommendations to support the ILT's decision-making process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
- Two or more years of experience in business management or executive assistant role, especially within Africa
- Experience working with multicultural teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives, project planning and management
- Experience preparing for board meetings and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - French knowledge will be an additional advantage
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communications
