Job Details

• Administer compensation, benefits, performance management systems, safety, and recreation programs 


• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitive programs and legal compliance 


• Identify staffing vacancies, recruit, interview, and select applicants 


• Handle staffing challenges, including understaffing, disputes, firing, and disciplinary procedures 


• Conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives 


• Plan and supervise staff related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations 


• Coordinate personnel, training, and labor relations activities 


• Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations 


• Serve as a link between management and employees, handling questions, interpreting contracts, and resolving workrelated problems
