Job Description
Mission:
To Provide support to the HR function in the areas of Workforce Reporting, Metrics and Benefits Administration.
Description:
- Assist in the administration of benefits and related programs and ensure accuracy and seamless operation.
- Develop statistical models to enhance decision quality in Reward & Recognition management
- Carry out research on benefits and recognition practices and benchmark MTNN HR practices internally and externally to improve offerings.
- Coordinate and monitor employee recognition activities organization wide and report on uptake / participation rates.
- Drive monthly / quarterly / annual recognition campaigns and provide support to the divisional recognition programs.
- Support Club 0803 administration, including sourcing of vendors, platform administration, driving staff participation and query resolution.
- Assist in the review of existing PPPs to identify areas for improvements and support closure.
- Support the drive for quality assurance of HR data and enhance existing data sources.
- Prepare and circulate monthly headcount reports.
- Support generation of workforce metrics, monitor trends in workforce performance and report on variances and related trends
- Assist in the coordination of staff bus administration.
- Respond to all levels of employees for query resolution on recognition and benefits related issues in a timely and supportive manner.
- Undertake and provide support to other deliverables as assigned by line manager.
Education:
- First degree preferably in social sciences, numerate or any other relevant degree
- Fluent in English
Experience:
3– 7 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience with working with others
- Experience working in a medium organization
- Experience in formal business analysis, or consulting / advisory role
- Experience in Human Resources is desirable
- Previous work experience in applying Analytics/Statistics to business outcomes
